Established in 1984 and based in Buckinghamshire, we have a robust history of helping our clients attract, manage and develop their strongest asset – the right people. Our expertise is based on the thoroughly researched, validated and loved psychometric assessment tool, The McQuaig System™.

In 1992 we were chosen by Dr Edward de Bono, the world’s leading authority on creativity and innovation, to represent him in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Since then we have helped individuals and organisations develop a truly creative and innovative toolset.

We added two leading edge skills in 2000 to combat the growing need for simple, clear communication. Think on Your Feet® and Writing Dynamics™ enable individuals to communicate their thoughts, ideas and strategy to thousands of people every year.

As we grow and develop as an organisation we look for new, exciting tools and techniques. In early 2007 we added a range of Facilitation Events for small to large groups. These events use live topics and issues for fast, effective collaboration.
